Xl4015 5A Constant Current And Voltage Current 5A Lithium-Ion Battery Charging LED

★ This module is an adjustable step-down module. The output voltage can be changed by adjusting the blue adjustable resistor on the module. The input-output voltage difference is 1V, and the minimum output voltage is 0.8V.

★ The IN- (negative input), IN+ (positive input), OUT- (negative output), and OUT+ (positive output) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise the module may be damaged.

★ Battery charging Instructions:

1. Determine the floating charge voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge, and the input voltage of the module;

2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.

3. Use the 10A current block of the multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current the predetermined charging current value;

4. The default charging current for the charging light is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value).

5. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage float charge voltage;

6. Connect the battery and try charging.

(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are for connecting the module input to the power supply, and the output is unloaded and not connected to the battery.)

★ LED constant current drive How to use:

1. Determine the working current and high working voltage you need to drive the LED;

2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.

3. Use the 10A current block of the multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current the predetermined LED working current;

4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage LED high working voltage;

5. Connect the LED and test the machine.
