The sensitivity of the TEMT6000 sensor corresponds to a wavelength of 570nm, with a half - sensitivity angle of ±60°. Although it is extremely sensitive to ambient light, it can suppress the infrared (IR) spectrum, achieving a visible light spectral response similar to that of the "human eye".

The ambient light (visible light) sensor based on this module has a response to visible light illuminance similar to human eye characteristics.
